Rebate & Gift Card Terms

Rebates are only available to eligible United States customers who pay qualifying tariffs as described, with eligibility determined at the sole discretion of Warlord Games. Rebates are provided as digital gift cards redeemable only at warlordgames.com. Gift cards must be claimed within six months of rebate approval. Gift cards issued as part of a rebate are valid for a minimum of six months from the date of issue. Warlord Games generally aims to provide a twelve-month validity period, but this is subject to change at our discretion. Gift cards are non-transferable, may not be resold, and cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law. Warlord Games reserves the right to cancel, withhold, or void gift cards where fraud, abuse, technical error, or suspicious activity is suspected. For the avoidance of doubt, gift cards have a nominal cash value of one cent (USD 0.01) per unit where required by law.

Limits & Liability

Rebates apply only to eligible orders as described, and the issue of any rebate or gift card is discretionary and not guaranteed. Warlord Games accepts no liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of this service, and our total liability shall not exceed the face value of the gift card issued. We are not responsible for errors, omissions, or delays in processing rebates, and we reserve the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw rebate offers at any time. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
